"Ray Plasencia was awesome! My insurance renewal was up and I had him review my current policy. We spoke for awhile and he said he'd get back to me. He did, and WOW, I was impressed! "I worked with Ray on getting me a quote and that customer service was excellent. He called me and I informed him I was at work, he was happy to call me back later. There was no pressure to continue the call during work hours, I wasn’t spammed with call or texts after.
